Kearue Collins, age 83, of Manchester, departed this life on Thursday, August 4th, at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Collins of Lockards Creek and their children: Donnie Wayne Collins and his wife Shelia, Ricky Collins, Tony Collins and his wife Judith Ann Shepherd Collins, John Collins, Kathy Collins, all of Manchester, and Jackie Collins Lawson and her husband of London, Kentucky.
Kearue is also survived by one brother, Roe Collins of Manchester, and one sister, Jessie Smallwood of Nicholasville, Kentucky, along with fifteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father Bent Collins and his mother Wornie Woods Collins.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, August 8th, at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Sill Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
A visitation will be held after 6 PM Sunday, August 7th, at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
