Mr. Amos Eversole, age 94, departed this life on Wednesday, September 14th at the Lake Cumberland Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was born on July 26th, of 1922 in Manchester, Kentucky to Henry and Sophia Ealy Eversole.
He is survived by three sons: David Eversole of Deltona, Florida, Jerry Eversole of Annville, Kentucky, and Paul Eversole of Corbin, Kentucky. In addition to his sons, Amos is also survived by his sister, Sudie Hoskins of Corbin, Kentucky, along with eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
Amos is preceded in death by his parents: Henry Eversole and Sophia Ealy Eversole.
Funeral services will be held at the Britton Funeral Home on Sunday, September 18th, at 2 PM. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
A Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home at 12 Noon Sunday.
