Alvin Grubb, 73, of Stacy Branch passed away Monday, October 17th, 2016 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Alvin is survived by his wife Claudette Grubb of Stacy Branch; two daughters, Katherine Butler and Darlene Jones of Stacy Branch, one grandson, Tanner Jones and these brothers and sisters;Bobby Joe Grubb, Whitley Grubb and Eyvone Woods all of Manchester.
He is also survived by a special brother in law Henry Hall and these children special to Alvin; Lane Fields, Alexia Fields, Bentley Woods and Isaac Woods.
Alvin is preceded in death by his parents Rev. Farris and Fronia Mae Smith Grubb, these brothers and sisters; Jarvis Grubb, Lester Grubb, Ronnie Grubb and Linda Grubb and his son-in-law Donnie Butler.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Horse Creek Holiness Church with Terry Reid and Shawn Grubb officiating. Burial will follow in the Grubb Cemetery at Stacy Branch.
Visitation will be held at 6 PM Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home.
