us army  125Ray Morgan, age 74, husband of Zelma Smith Morgan passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Hazard A.R.H. Medical Center. Ray had been a resident of Leslie County most of his life until moving to Nancy, KY and had recently been a resident of the Eastern Kentucky Veteran's Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Ray was the son of the late Caleb and Laura Mosley Morgan. He was born October 13, 1946 in Leslie County, Kentucky. He was a self employed business man and was a commercial roofer. Ray enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, an avid NASCAR fan, sports, and traveling. Ray served honorably in the United States Army where he serve as a Military Policeman.

Larry Walter Lewis, age 75, of Corbin passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Born March 23, 1945, in Benham, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Walter and Ruby Lewis.

Larry was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Later, in 1969, he began a career with the Kentucky State Police. Captain Lewis served as commander of several posts before his retirement in 1998.
