Joan Yvonne Melton, 66 passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Well's Hospice Center at Hazard, KY. She was born on Nov. 18, 1953 at Wooton, KY the daughter of the late George and Martha Cornett Melton. Joan was a life-long resident of Leslie County and had been a member of the McIntosh Church of God. Joan enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley music and had a favorite treasured Elvis Cup. She enjoyed having McDonald's Happy Meals, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
