She was a retired teacher and principal in the Laurel County Public School System and a devout worker in the life of service.

Clara Katherine Sibert, age 72, of Manchester, departed this life on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born on Thursday, December 12, 1946 to the union of Curt and Ruth (Gregory) Hacker in Manchester, Kentucky. She was a member of the Horse Creek Baptist Church. She was a beautician for 18 years and then she began teaching school. She taught school for 24 years.
