FRANKFORT, Ky.  – Kentucky State Police is participating in Operation C.A.R.E (Crash Awareness Reduction Effort) during the Fourth of July holiday season.

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Detective/ reconstructionist Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards along with Deputy Brad Mink assisted by numerous deputies are investigating a two vehicle double fatal traffic crash with numerous others injured which occurred on Old Way Road approximately 3 miles east of London on Monday night July 1, 2019 at approximately 9:31 PM.

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Mehler along with Sgt. John Inman, Deputy Shannon Jones, and CSO Judy Morgan arrested Ashley A. Lewis age 26 of London on Friday night June 28, 2019 at approximately 11:52 PM.
