FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 13, 2019) — Emily Bowman has joined the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) as an outreach counselor helping students and families in Clay County.

Clay County, KY -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 10, 2019 at approximately 6:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones and Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards were dispatched to a complaint of a stolen vehicle on Gregory Branch Road.
