LONDON, KY - The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Kyla Carroll, a reported missing 14 year-old who was last seen off Old State Road, 6 miles south of London at 11:00 P.M. Thursday night January 9, 2025 in Laurel County, KY has been found SAFE.

SOMERSET, KY - Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones reports that two Louisville residents are in jail following a search warrant at a Science Hill residence.

During the conspiracy, more than $20 million in criminal proceeds were illegally laundered.

FRANKFORT, KY (Friday, January 17, 2025) – An Indian national, Anurag Pramod Murarka, 30, an international virtual currency vendor operating under two monikers (“elonmuskwhm” and “la2nyc”), was sentenced late Wednesday, by U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove, to 121 months in prison for conspiracy to commit money laundering.
