LOUISVILLE, KY – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) issued the following statement today regarding the protests in Louisville, Kentucky and around the country:

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Bryon Lawson with assistance from Deputy Jake Miller and his K-9” Gotcha” arrested three individuals off Hatcher Road, approximately 4 miles east of London on Thursday afternoon May 28, 2020 at approximately 3:15 PM after investigating a drug complaint there.

MANCHESTER, KY (May 28, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 28, 2020 at approximately 2:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Kendric Smith arrested Jonathan Brumley, 47 of Manchester.

FRANKFORT, KY – On Tuesday, May 26, 2020 during his update to Kentuckians on the fight against the novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear also addressed a weekend protest at the Capitol that garnered national attention when a small group marched onto the grounds of the Governor’s Mansion and hung an effigy in a nearby tree.

LONDON, KY (May 27, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor along with Sgt. John Inman and Deputy Landry Collett arrested Cody M. Blair age 31 of London early Wednesday morning May 27, 2020 at approximately 2:22 AM.
