FRANKFORT, KY (December 23, 2024) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today the Kentucky Supreme Court upheld the sentence of an Eastern Kentucky man convicted of killing four people, including a pregnant woman and her unborn child. The Attorney General’s Office of the Solicitor General defended the sentence before the Commonwealth’s highest court.
