Clay County, KY (Effective today 10/31/16) - The Boil Water Advisory in effect for the customers of North Manchester Water Association for Bowling Branch, Fox Hollow to Adam Garrison, Charlie Sizemore Road on Hwy 421 side to first bridge including Hickory Hills Road, North Hwy 421 from Manchester Elementary to Dirt Road Used Cars on Inland Creek, Thomas Hollow, and Sester Hollow has been lifted effective today 10/31/16.
