UPDATE - Rodney F. Carter has been found deceased
Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: a Golden Alert has been issued for Rodney F. Carter age 45, of Poplar Hollow Road, London.
This individual was last seen at his residence on Poplar Hollow Road, 10 miles south of London and has been missing since 1 A.M. early Monday morning November 7, 2016. He may have some disabilities.
He is described as a white male, 5'8", 250 pounds, blue eyes and blond hair above the ear. Last seen wearing gray shorts with brown line down the side, no shirt, and white socks(possibly orange Nike tennis shoes).
A ground search will be conducted with K-9's assisting.

Deputy Kevin Berry and Deputy Brad Mink continue to attempt to locate this individual and continue to investigate.
