LONDON KY—On Tuesday, Nov. 15th London Police were contacted by the Lebanon Police Department in Tennessee to locate a vehicle driven by a Tennessee fugitive that was possibly in the London area.
Sgt. Daniel Robinson located the vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot and located the fugitive, Juan J. Garcia, 33, of Lebanon Tenn. at the Burger King/Greyhound bus station.
When Sgt. Robinson located Garcia, he arrested him on a felony warrant from Tennessee based upon the charge of the rape of a child between three and 13 years of age.
Garcia was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
