Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Gary Mehler arrested Emanuel Bowling age 64 of Hawk Creek Rd., London on Thursday afternoon November 24, 2016 at approximately 2:43 PM.
The arrest occurred on Ky 490 approximately 3 miles north of London after this subject had allegedly earlier fled from a domestic violence complaint deputies were investigating, and they located him on Ky 490.
At that complaint which occurred off Russell Dyche Memorial Highway deputies learned that this subject allegedly assaulted his wife and stole her cell phone and Thanksgiving food to take to his residence to feed his girlfriend.
Emanuel Bowling was charged with assault – 4th degree – domestic violence and also charged on numerous traffic violations and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
