A Clay County businessman is facing drug accusations

Manchester, Ky. - Roger Hoskins, owner/operator of the Clay County based Dirty Dog Pressure Washing Company was arrested on Saturday January 12, 2019 and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.

According to Jail records: Roger Hoskins age 55 of Manchester was booked into the Clay County Detention Center at 3:35 PM on Saturday afternoon January 12, 2019 by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife.  Officer A. Neal is listed as the arresting officer.

This subject was charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance – First Degree – First Offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Drug Paraphernalia - Buy/Possess

    Jail records show that: Kentucky Fish & Wildlife booked second subject into the Clay County Detention Center 11 minutes later at 3:46 PM on Saturday afternoon January 12, 2019.

    Austin Smith age 19 of Manchester was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – First Degree – First Offense – Methamphetamine

    At this time details are sketchy and we do not know if these two cases are related or separate incidents.
