Complaint leads to an arrest in Clay County

Clay County, KY -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On May 26, 2019 at approximately 8:00 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Clay County CSO Coty Arnold arrested Kenneth Bowling, 25 of Manchester.

Kenneth Bowling was charged with:Through investigation it was determined that the subject was under the influence of intoxicants, also deputies located syringes on the subject. The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject intoxicated and causing a disturbance at the Fall Rock post office.

• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
