Leslie County, Ky. - The Leslie County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that: On Sunday, July 14th Deputy Eddie Melton responded to a complaint that a female was under the influence walking down the road on Nebraska Lane.
After arriving on scene Deputy Melton located a female subject, she was attempting to hide the items she was packing in her hands.
Vicki Helton of Essie, KY was found to be manifestly under the influence, and had two small baggies of a crystal white substance and drug paraphernalia in her possession.
Vicki Helton, 46 was charged with:
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Methamphetamine
- Drug Paraphernalia Buy-Possess
- Public Intoxication Controlled Substance Excluding Alcohol
