Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Jamie Etherton along with Sgt Brett Reeves arrested William J. Casey of Lewisville, NC Tuesday July 16th 2019 at approximately 10:25 AM.
The arrest occurred at a local business north of London. Deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject in the parking lot naked.
Upon arrival deputies observed Casey in the parking lot wearing nothing but tennis shoes. Casey also appeared to be manifestly under the in influence of drugs.
Casey stated to deputies that he had taken GHB and that he did not know why he was standing outside his truck naked or how he had gotten there.
William J. Casey was charged with:
- Indecent Exposure, 2nd degree
- Public Intoxication
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd degree
Mr. Casey was lodged in Laurel County Corrections Center.
