CORBIN, KY (July 18, 2019) - SAM 103.9 WWEL-FM is reporting that: The Corbin City Police Department arrested a boy's mother after they got a report of a naked toddler wandering around in a parking lot in Corbin.
Sources reports when an officer arrived at Hacienda Circle neighbors were with the child. The neighbors also told police where the boy lived.
The officer went inside the apartment and found the boy's mother, 38-year-old Alice Diaz, unresponsive on a couch. The back door was also open.
Diaz told police she drank 25-ounce margarita flavored malt beverages and some bourbon.
Diaz also said she did not know how long she had been asleep.
