Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 3, 2019 at approximately 1:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard along with Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Jordan Hubbard, 22 of Belles Fork Road.
The arrest occurred at the above mentioned subjects address following a prior investigation conducted by Deputy Gabbard. Through investigation it was determined the subject had stolen a dirt bike from a property on Fishtrap Road.
Upon running the subjects information it was showed the subject had another warrant for his arrest.
Jordan Hubbard was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Theft by Unlawful Taking
• Burglary 3rd Degree
