MANCHESTER, KY (October 12, 2019) - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: On Friday, October 11, 2019 in the A.M. hours, a three person paddle boat (pictured) was stolen from behind a business in Manchester.
The boat was taken from behind Duble - J Tire & Services on the four lane in Manchester.
