Criminal trespass arrests / Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. (October 12, 2019) -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Robert Reed arrested three individuals on Friday morning October 11, 2019 at approximately 9:30 AM.

The arrests occurred off E. Pittsburg Church Rd., approximately 3 miles north of London after Deputy Reed was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle complaint there.

Upon arrival at the scene deputy Reed located two male subjects exiting a residence and a female subject asleep in one of the back rooms of the residence.

An investigation was conducted and it was determined that all three individuals were at a residence not their own without a legal right to be there.

The three individuals were arrested and charged with criminal trespass – first-degree and were identified as:

Lashamba Lyttle age 42 of Lexington, KY.
Daniel Clontz age 21 of London.
Julia Helton age 37 of Lexington, KY.

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
