MANCHESTER, KY – On June 19, 2025, Manchester Police arrested 44-year-old Michael Feldman following the recovery of a stolen vehicle. Assistant Chief A. Dodson received a report of a vehicle stolen overnight in the East Manchester area.
Later that day, Assistant Chief Dodson, with assistance from the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, located the stolen vehicle at Alvin’s Gas Station on South U.S. Highway 421.
Michael Feldman was charged with:
- Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of an Automobile (valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000)
- Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree
- Menacing
He was booked into the Clay County Detention Center at 12:30 PM on June 19, 2025, by Assistant Chief Dodson of the Manchester Police Department.
