MANCHESTER, KY (October 15, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On October 14, 2019 at approximately 5:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson and Public Affairs Officer Trent Baker arrested David Howard, 26 of Town Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson was patrolling and located the above mentioned subject riding a bicycle along the roadway on Town Branch Road.
Through acknowledgment of the warrant system Sheriff Robinson stopped the above mentioned subject and it was confirmed through Clay County Dispatch that he had an active warrant for Probation Violation.
David Howard was charged with:
- Serving Bench Warrant for Clay Circuit Court
