MANCHESTER, KY- Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at approximately 10:00 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Bruce Hubbard, 46 of Beech Creek Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones conducted a traffic stop for improper passing on North Highway 421.
The above mentioned subject was a passenger in the vehicle, when it was confirmed that the subject had an active warrant for his arrest.
The driver of the vehicle was wrote a traffic citation for Careless Driving and Improper Passing.
Bruce Hubbard was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
