LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor along with Deputy James Fox and Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Leslie Foister age 35 of London early Sunday morning May 31, 2020 at approximately 2:38 AM.
The arrest occurred off Sally's Branch Road, approximately 5 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located this subject in possession of hypodermic syringes and clear plastic bags containing a residue.
In addition, this subject was found with suspected Suboxone.
Leslie Foister was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – second-degree
- Possession of a controlled substance – third-degree
- Prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
