MANCHESTER, KY (December 16, 2020) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Sheriff Patrick Robinson is asking for the public's help in possibly locating a missing person.
Joey Mills, 58 was last seen on Saturday morning December 12, 2020 near his home on Curry Branch Road.
Joey's daughter is asking that anyone with knowledge of her dad's whereabouts to please contact authorities.
