LONDON, KY (October 25, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Dustin Saylor along with Deputy Greg Poynter arrested Cody Wilson age 29 of East Bernstadt on Saturday evening October 23, 2021 at approximately 5:05 PM.
The arrest occurred off Park Street approximately 7 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance call there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly this subject had pushed a female subject into the wall causing abrasions on her right wrist.
Cody Wilson was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
