Heroin Arrest during Complaint Investigation on Sally's Branch Road in Laurel County, Kentucky

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brent France along with Deputy Allen Turner and Deputy Jamie Etherton arrested Randy Lloyd Mullins age 26 of Cherry Hill Rd., Lily, KY on Tuesday morning March 22, 2022 at approximately 9:48 AM.

The arrest occurred on Old Way, Road, approximately 6 miles east of London while deputies were investigating a criminal trespassing complaint on Sally's Branch Road east of London.

While enroute to the vicinity of the complaint deputies learned that the suspect vehicle, a white Mazda car had apparently left the scene.

As deputies began arriving in the area, Deputy Allen Turner observed the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

During the stop a male occupant in the vehicle was found in possession of suspected Heroin.

Randy Lloyd Mullins was charged with:

  • Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Heroin

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
