ELKHORN CITY, KY (December 20, 2022) – The Kentucky State Police, KSP Post 9, Pikeville is reporting that: A Pike County man was arrested on December 14, 2022 after illegal drugs were discovered and seized at his residence.
While conducting a search of the home, KSP Troopers found and seized:
- Quantities of suspected Methamphetamine
- Prescription medication
- Marijuana.
Additionally, seized from the residence was:
- Drug paraphernalia
- Firearms
- A sum of CASH
Arrested during the investigation was was Steven Adkins, 37, of Elkhorn City, KY.
Steven Adkins was charged with:
- Trafficking Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
- Trafficking Controlled Substance (Opiates)
- Trafficking Controlled Substance 2nd Degree
- Trafficking Marijuana
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.
