MAYFIELD, KY - The Graves County Sheriff's Office is reporting that on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at approximately 12:50 P.M., Deputy Larry Jones conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on KY 994 in the Boaz community for moving violations.
During the stop, Deputy Jones identified one passenger as Thomas Cole McNeil age 22 of Boaz, KY who had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody for the warrant and during a search of his person, he was found to be in possession of a quantity of Methamphetamine.
During a search of the vehicle, an additional quantity of Methamphetamine belonging to a female passenger identified as Felicia L. Johnson age 29 of Paducah, KY was located. She was also arrested for the located drug items.

During the conclusion of the stop, Deputy Jones learned an additional quantity of Methamphetamine was thrown from the vehicle prior to the stop.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office returned to the area where the moving violations were initially observed and located approximately 17.5 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine and a glass pipe in a black plastic box on the West side of the roadway.
Locating the thrown items led to the arrest of the driver of the above vehicle and an additional female passenger in the vehicle.
They were identified as Chance Richardson age 38 of Boaz, KY and Angeline L. Flowers age 31 of Mayfield, KY.

Chance Richardson was charged with:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Drug Paraphernalia
Angeline Flowers was charged with:
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
- Drug Paraphernalia
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
Felicia Johnson was charged with:
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
- Drug Paraphernalia
Thomas McNeil was charged with:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
- Drug Paraphernalia
All arrested persons were transported to out of county jails and lodged.
