LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Josh Velasco along with Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Lucas Brock age 24 of London on Wednesday evening February 22, 2023 at approximately 6:00 PM.
The arrest occurred on Sinking Creek Road approximately 5 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject allegedly running at passing vehicles and striking himself in the face.
When deputies arrived at the scene and located the suspect an investigation was conducted and it was determined that this subject was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Lucas Brock was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Disorderly conduct – second-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
