LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with shift Sgt. Travis Napier arrested Carlos Hill age 46 of London on Friday night January 12, 2024 at approximately 10:34 PM.
The arrest occurred off Old Salem Road, approximately 4 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject walking around a residence not his own looking into Windows.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located the suspect and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
The subject advised that he was checking water spickets.
During arrest this individual was found in possession of pills not in a proper container.
Carlos Hill was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
