LEITCHFIELD, KY - The Kentucky State Police (KSP) reports that on February 5, 2024, at approximately 7:40 A.M. CST, KSP Post 4 received a call from the Grayson Co. Sheriff’s Office requesting assistance in investigating a homicide at a residence on Indian Ridge Rd. in the Falls of Rough community of Grayson Co.

The initial investigation revealed George Greer, 49, of Falls of Rough, assaulted three adults who lived with him at the residence. Upon officers arriving at the scene, they discovered a deceased female and two other individuals injured at the residence.

The deceased female, later identified as Teresa Boles, 59, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Grayson Co. Coroner’s Office.
