UPDATE: KSP reports that Joy D. Arns has been SAFELY located
COVINGTON, KY – On Saturday, March 16, 2024, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) reported that KSP Post 6, Dry Ridge is investigating a missing Kenton County resident who was last seen in Covington, KY.
The Kentucky State Police Post 6 are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joy D. Arns, 28 years of age from Kenton County who was last seen on December 25, 2023.
Joy Arns is a white female with blonde hair below her shoulders, five foot four inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. She has a fair complexion and tattoos. Stars and bird tattoos on her chest and the name Zander on her right or left foot.
Joy D. Arns was last seen at Hathaway Court Apartments where she was with family. She left alone in a gold 2003, Honda, Accord.
No foul play is suspected at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call the Kentucky State Police at 859-428-1212 or your local Police Agency.
