LYNNWOOD, WA – The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is actively investigating a serious injury hit-and-run collision that occurred at 8:51 p.m. on March 19, 2024, on state Route 99 just south of the 148th Street intersection.
An unknown vehicle was southbound on State Route 99 in the center lane. A pedestrian was crossing State Route 99 from east to west.
The unknown vehicle struck the pedestrian and fled the scene. Security footage from a nearby business captured a vehicle of interest (see screenshot).
The vehicle appears to be a dark colored sedan, possibly a Toyota Corolla.
WSP detectives are asking witnesses of the collision or anyone with information on the fleeing vehicle to call Detective Dan Comnick at (360) 654-1144 or email .
