MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Patrick Robinson has reported six (6) arrests in Clay County for the period between Monday, April 01, 2024 and Wednesday, April 03, 2024 at Midnight.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office has announced the following arrests via social media as reported by Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson.
- On 4/1/24, Deputy Zach Baker arrested Billie Smith for Failure to Appear.
- On 4/01/24, Deputy Zach Baker arrested George Justice of Paintsville, Ky. for Failure to Appear.
- On 4/02/24, Deputy Dustin Henson arrested Samuel Jones for Poss of Contr Subs 1st Degree 1st Offense and Giving Officer False Identifying Information.
- On 4/03/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Rodney Grubb on a Failure to Appear out of Perry County. Grubb also had two warrants issued in Clay County for Failure to Appear and Non-Payment of Court Costs, Fees, and Fines.
- On 4/03/24, Deputy Dewey Grubb arrested Bobby Grubb on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear with a $10,000 bond, and on an Indictment Warrant for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree x3, Leaving Scene of an Accident Failure to Render Aid, and Persistent Felony Offender II. When arrested Bobby Grubb was also in Possession of Controlled Substance and was charged accordingly.
- On 4/03/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Shauna Smallwood for Alcohol Intoxication in Public 1st and 2nd Offense.
