BEREA, KY (July 8, 2025) – Kentucky State Police, Post 7, Richmond, is actively investigating a missing person investigation in Madison County.
A Golden Alert has been issued for Rita K. Senter, 44, of Berea, Kentucky. Ms. Senter was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. on July 7, 2025, at a residence on Slate Lick Road in Berea. Later that day, she was reportedly transported by P. Cab Company to a doctor’s appointment at a location that has yet to be identified.
Ms. Senter is described as a white female, approximately 5' 8" feet tall and weighing around 150 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes, and has earrings in both ears. She was last seen wearing a white colored shirt, black dress with floral print, and a dark colored head wrap. She is known to suffer from cognitive decline and psychosis, which may affect her ability to navigate her surroundings safely.
