Suspect vehicle clocked traveling 90 mph - Clay County

 

 

Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Saturday, February 7, 2015 Manchester Police Department Lt. George Stewart and Sgt. Jeff Collett received a complaint of a reckless driver traveling east on the Hal Rogers Parkway.

When officers located the vehicle, Lt. Stewart clocked the suspect vehicle traveling 90 mph.

During the traffic stop, it was determined the driver, Larry Couch age 30 of London,KY was extremely under the influence of alcohol and was in possession of Marijuana.

The passenger, Adam Roark age 30 was also intoxicated and in possession of Marijuana.

Roark was also wanted in Laurel and Pulaski counties for outstanding warrants.

Both subjects were lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
