Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 Manchester Police Department Officer Brandon Feltner arrested a Manchester man after a traffic stop.
Arrested was Charles Smith, of Manchester, KY.
While conducting the traffic stop, Officer Feltner learned that Smith had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Smith was charged with no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, no operators license, and the outstanding warrant.
Smith was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.

On Tuesday, February 10, 2015 Manchester Police Officer Jeff Couch responded to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting complaint.
Upon arrival Officer Couch located Steven Riley with Walmart asset protection after he was observed concealing merchandise in an attempt to remove the item without purchasing it.
Riley was charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) and an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Riley was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.

On Monday, February 9, 2015 Manchester Police Officer Kelly Johnson arrested Raymond Duff,of Manchester.
Duff was charged with assault 4th degree and an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Duff was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.

On Sunday, February 8, 2015 Manchester Police Department Lt. George Stewart responded to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting complaint.
Upon arrival Lt. Stewart located Bobby Henson of Manchester, with Walmart asset protection.
Henson had been seen concealing merchandise on his person in an attempt to remove the item without purchasing it.
During the investigation it was determined that Henson was under the influence of drugs and was in possession of narcotics.
Henson was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree 1st offense, and prescription of controlled substance not in original container.
Henson was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
