Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Friday, February 13, 2015 Manchester Police Department Officer Jeff Couch and Sgt. Jeff Collett responded to McDonald's of Manchester to investigate an intoxicated male with a large knife.
Upon arrival officers located Donnie Smith of Manchester in the ladies restroom extremely under the influence.
During the arrest officers located alcoholic beverages in the coat pockets of Smith.
Smith was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
