Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Shawn Boroviak arrested an East Bernstadt man on Saturday morning February 14, 2015 at approximately 10:18 A.M.
Arrested was David Casteel age 34 of Lucas Lane, East Bernstadt, KY.
The arrest occurred off Lucas Lane approximately 3 miles north of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for flagrant nonsupport – this subject allegedly owes arrearage of more than $2871.
In addition the subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging probation violation regarding nonsupport and a technical violation.
David Casteel was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
