(LONDON, KY.) – On Thursday, February 26, 2015 at approximately 11:00 PM the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of a robbery at the Brodhead Tobacco and Tan store in Rockcastle County.
Upon arrival, Trooper Brian Maupin determined that two male subjects entered the store armed with a handgun and knife and demanded money. The store clerk complied and the suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
A perimeter was set up and a search was conducted, however the suspects were not located. It is unknown whether the suspects left on foot or in a vehicle.
One of the suspects was wearing a black coat, black ski mask, black gloves armed with a hand gun the other suspect was wearing a brown coat with a black hood, black ski mask, black gloves armed with a knife.
