Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Friday, March 6, 2015 Manchester Police Officers responded to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting complaint.
Upon arrival officers located Bob Terry, of Booneville, KY with Walmart asset protection in the parking lot.
While investigating, officers located a pair of boots that was taken from the store.
Sgt. Jeff Collett arrested Terry and charged him with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
Terry was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
