FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 10, 2015) – Rep. Brian Linder, R-Dry Ridge, presents House Concurrent Resolution 171 to the House Committee on Tourism Development and Energy.
HCR 171, which is sponsored by Rep. Tim Couch, R-Hyden, and co-sponsored by Rep. Linder, would urge Congress to pass a law requiring the EPA to appear before a Congressional panel regarding any of the agency's rules or regulations dealing with coal.
