Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Noel McQueen age 53 Of Walnut Rd., Lily on Wednesday afternoon March 11, 2015 at approximately 4:06 P.M.
Arrested was Noel McQueen age 53 Of Walnut Road, Lily, KY.
The arrest occurred off Walnut Road, approximately 8 miles south of London after Sgt. Grimes was dispatched to a complaint that this subject and his brother were involved in a verbal dispute regarding property.
Sgt. Grimes had been dispatched to the residences earlier, and within minutes of leaving the area, Sgt. Grimes was dispatched to return to the scene regarding another disturbance.
This time when Sgt. Grimes arrived at the scene he observed this subject standing in the road in front of his brother's residence screaming and yelling and creating a disturbance in the area.
Noel McQueen was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
