Trespass arrest on Payne Trail - Laurel County

 

 

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Deputy Brandon Broughton, and Sgt Brett Reeves arrested Kimberly Hubbard age 28 of Village Drive, Lexington on Sunday night March 29, 2015 at approximately 11:07 P.M.

The arrest occurred off Payne Trail Road, approximately 3 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a trespassing complaint.

Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that this subject had been asked to leave the property multiple times by the property owner. In addition, Deputy Brandon Broughton and Deputy Tommy Houston had been there earlier on similar complaints, and this subject fled into the woods, and was not located.

During investigation, this subject began cursing and yelling and creating a disturbance in the area. This subject stated she had been doing meth and took some pills. Upon arrest this subject scuffled with deputies and had to be escorted to the police car. Once inside the police car, this subject began hitting her head on the protective screen inside the police car and threatened Deputy Jackson while being driven to booking.

During booking this subject continue to make threats and attempted to damage the wall in the Sheriff's office by hitting her head against it.

Kimberly Hubbard was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; criminal trespassing – third-degree; disorderly conduct – second-degree; resisting arrest; criminal mischief – third-degree; and terroristic threatening – third-degree.

Kimberly Hubbard was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
