Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that deputy Kevin Berry arrested Kenneth Middleton age 23 of London on Monday afternoon March 30, 2015 at approximately 1:41 P.M.
The arrest occurred off American Greeting Card Road, approximately 12 miles south of London after Deputy Berry was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject that was pilfering through vehicles parked at a business there.
When Deputy Berry arrived at the scene and located this subject he determined that this subject was under the influence. An investigation conducted by Deputy Berry determined that store employees had saw this subject going through the inside of several vehicles.
Deputy Berry determined that this subject was a danger to himself and others.
Kenneth Middleton was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County detention Center.
