Staggering down the roadway in possession of suspected meth, scales, and needles - Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Boroviak arrested Mary Huff age 39 Of Underpass Road, Lily early Tuesday morning April 14, 2015 at approximately 7:29 A.M..

The arrest occurred off Hopkins Cemetery Road, approximately 6 miles south of London after this subject was observed staggering down the roadway.

An investigation was conducted and this subject was determined to be under the influence.

In addition, this subject was found to be in possession of three small bags of suspected methamphetamine, two sets of scales, and hypodermic needles.

Mary Huff was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; possession of a controlled substance first-degree first offense – methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
